We require:

  • 6 months UK paid experience within the last 5 years working as a care assistant
  • New DBS check or one we can check with the Update Service.

Nurses

  • As a nurse you must be a registered nurse RMN/ RGN/ RNLD and will have a valid NMC pin.
  • You’ll be up to date with current evidence based practice and have a working knowledge of CQC Standards and Regulations and will work using your initiative making effective decisions to improve care quality.

Support Workers

As a One-Stop Care for You Support Worker, you will be working as part of a dedicated, professional and friendly team in busy and working in demanding environments so it is essential you are well organised and able to learn quickly.


One Stop-Care for You support work in partnership with a number of different services across the UK. You will need to work with the right attitude a person centred approaches to support and promote their daily independence meeting both health and social needs.


This involves giving advice, support and therapeutic techniques designed to suit the individual’s needs.  You will be supporting and reporting to registered managers or registered nurses to provide a treatment and rehabilitation service for people with mental health illnesses or other complex conditions.


We also work with a number of learning disabilities services we offer staffing solutions to services that support adults and children with moderate to severe learning disability, autistic  spectrum conditions or significant physical 

disability you will be helping them to have a better quality of life and to become as independent as possible.


We need people that are dynamic, highly motivated, are enthusiastic  and are  keen to join an innovative  multi-disciplinary team.


Having  some  of  the  training  listed  below would  be  an advantage to the role  but not essential and  we can update any of these for you:

• Positive Intervention

• Team Teach

• Breakaway techniques

• Understanding and knowledge of the issues faced by service users

• Creative approach to empowering service users to achieve their goals

• Flexible and adaptable attitude to  suit a variety of different  services.  If you   have  6 months paid work experience 

  in the UK as  a support worker and are looking  to pick up 6 hours a week up to  full time  hours a week,  we  would

  be able  to  help. We  will  allocate  a  dedicated  member  of  our  Recruitment  Team  to  ensure your  compliance

Carers

As a carer, you will be working as part of a dedicated, professional and friendly team in busy and demanding environment so it is essential you are well organised and able to learn quickly.


The role will entail supporting registered nurses taking responsibility for the physical and emotional well being and social care needs of the residents.


You will be assisting residents with all aspects of personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing and assisting with meals and updating records.


You will be caring and attentive with the skills to build strong and trusting relationships with people and generally promoting the residents’ independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the very best standards of care.
